Background
The ordering system previously used by Helen Electricity Network had reached the end of its technical lifecycle.
Following a public procurement process, Helen Electricity Network evaluated the work management solutions available on the market and selected HeadPower’s Infra Work Manager (IWM) platform.

Helen Electricity Network is responsible for delivering electricity to the residents and businesses of Helsinki. Beyond transmission, the company ensures that the electricity network operates reliably under all circumstances.
Its security of supply is among the highest in the industry, with approximately 97% of the network installed underground and protected from weather-related disruptions. On average, a Helsinki resident experiences only one 30-minute power outage every ten years.
